Chef Charon Benchlouch est né en Israël de parents juifs originaires du Maroc. Il a grandi en banlieue parisienne et est diplômé du prestigieux Institut Paul-Bocuse de Lyon. De concert avec son épouse Tania, ils choisirent de s’installer au Québec après avoir voyagé et cuisiné partout où ils le souhaitèrent. Ces tours du monde gustatifs furent l’occasion d’apprendre et de perfectionner les techniques culinaires propres à chaque culture en plus de la formation reçue à Paul-Bocuse. Il renouvellent par ailleurs l’expérience chaque jour en proposant une cuisine réconfortante et savoureuse d’inspiration méditerranéenne : des plats élaborés à partir d’ingrédients frais et naturels du terroir mais aussi d’ailleurs. Une véritable expérience gustative et gastronomique à découvrir et à redécouvrir sans hésiter.

Chef Charon Benchlouch was born from jewish Moroccan-native parents in Israel. He grew up in Paris—Ile-de-France. He graduated from the prestigious Paul-Bocuse Institute of Lyon. With Tania, after having brought their knives to the most exquisite parts of the world, they chose to stay in Quebec, Canada, as they permanently replenish their inspiration with the preparing of unique dishes. Their aim is to best the french gastronomy as they offer a comforting and tasty cuisine of all the Mediterranean refinements they can buy in markets. All their dishes are prepared with fresh, natural, regional or special ingredients. A beautiful savoring, gastronomic experience to absolutely discover and rediscover.
